Eating with EASL: Lunchtime CLE with Food for Thought on Negotiation Theory and Practice

    12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m..m.Online Video Conferencing

This Thursday, June 11, 2020, from noon to 1:30 p.m. we will be presenting a lunchtime CLE program with the members of the ADR Committee of EASL, the Entertainment Arts & Sports Law Section of the New York State Bar Association: Eating with EASL: Food for Thought on Negotiation Theory and Practice."

In this program, we hope to engage the participants in discussions, exercises, and reflection on how negotiation techniques can help counsel give the greatest value to clients in working through deals and disputes. In addition to reflecting on negotiation theory, we will be holding a town hall type chat on topics including principal/agent tensions in sports, leverage in auctions and with galleries, and relationship building in negotiation. It will also offer time for folks just to connect in this extraordinary time for some open, unstructured discussion.

Co-sponsored by NYSBA's Dispute Resolution Section, this program will be moderated by EASL's ADR Committee Chair Judith B. Prowda, Esq.
