Risk Analysis for Commercial Mediators
The Commercial Division of the Supreme Court, New York County, hosted an Advanced Mediation Training Seminar titled "The Mediator's Art Revisited."
Simeon H. Baum, Esq., who led the program with fellow trainers Steven A. Hochman, Esq. and Elayne E. Greenberg, delivered a presentation on Risk Analysis for Commercial Mediators. Taking a look at reasons why mediators would try Risk Analysis as well as the views of the practice's detractors, Mr. Baum takes an objective look at developing the Art of Risk Analysis.
