Three-Day Commercial Mediation Training
We are extremely pleased to announce that even after being hit by a blizzard, the NYSBA Three-Day Commercial Mediation Training was able to pull off a resounding success. With more than 20 years' experience conducting the event, including 8 in a row through the NYSBA Dispute Resolution Section, Simeon Baum and Steve Hochman were not going to let the snow stop the presentation of their 24 credit program. With opening remarks from Judge Bernard Fried, insider views of the Commercial Division with the Court's Simone Abrams and Kevin Egan, and helping hands from our experienced Mediation Facilitators, this years program truly brought a wealth of insight and experience.
The program was approved under Part 146 as three of the five days required for mediators on the Court's Commercial Mediation Panel. It was co-sponsored and hosted by the ADR program of Fordham University School of Law and held at Fordham Law's amazing new Lincoln Center facility.
