We are pleased to announce that Simeon H. Baum will be kicking off the New Year as a panelist in a terrific program put on by the New York County Lawyers Association's ADR Committee, entitled: Breaking the Impasse in Private & Court Mediations.
Program chairs Elan Weinrib, Chris Fladgate and Nelson Timken have created an extraordinary set of mediation scenarios, and gathered a panel of experienced mediators to comment at "stop action" intervals - sharing their views on how to get past various types of snags in facilitated negotiations.
The program will be held online this Thursday, January 6th, from 5:30 – 8:50 p.m. It should be of interest both to mediators and to representatives of parties in mediation.
