Simeon H. Baum has served on the Board of the Association for Conflict Resolution – Greater New York Chapter (ACR-GNY). Over the years, he has presented a number of CLE Programs at ACR-GNY’s Annual Meetings.

International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR)
For over two decades CPR, formally known as the Center for Public Resources, and renamed as the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution, has been a thought leader in ADR. With the CPR pledge, CPR led corporate America to commit to considering alternatives to litigation before launching costly and destructive forays into court. This has preserved business relationships and fostered improved relationships among trading partners and between businesses and their customers. For many years, Simeon H. Baum has served on CPR’s distinguished panel of neutrals. In additions, Mr. Baum and his colleague, Stephen A. Hochman, have delivered Commercial Mediation trainings through CPR.
