  Mediation of IP Matters

  In this Law Review CLE, Simeon H. Baum considers the role of mediation in dealing with Copyright, Trademark and Other Intellectual Property Law. Mr. Baum argues that in order to make the most out of the opportunities available in mediation, it is essential to a) know the nature of the of process and b) make the fullest, most appropriate use of the mediator.
